Solid Software, a forward-thinking technology company dedicated to building innovative solutions, is seeking a skilled Senior React Native/Expo Engineer to join our team and help us create outstanding applications.

This is a full-time remote opportunity. Please note that for this position, we are considering candidates based in Latin America only.

What will you do?

• Collaborate with the team to develop the mobile application and align it with a web app (built on React/Next.js);
• Implementation of the project with a focus on high quality;
• Communicate directly with clients to understand requirements and provide updates;
• Write and maintain comprehensive documentation for new and existing features;
• Strong task ownership.

Requirements

• 5 years of experience in mobile application development, with at least 3 years using React Native;
• The role involves regular communication with an English-speaking client, so strong English communication skills are essential;
• Experience with Expo tools like EAS Build & Submit, Expo Go, Expo Updates, etc;
• Knowledge of JavaScript and TypeScript;
• Familiarity with GraphQL APIs, state management, and performance optimization techniques;
• Solid understanding of UI/UX design principles;
• Familiarity with version control systems, particularly Git;
• Problem-solving skills as well as a self-initiative approach
